This is how I create a viral video posts and do social content syndication.

High Quality blogging content is needed first.
I get mine from Internet Marketing Newsletter PLR. Well written articles and tips on various subjects that matter the most for marketers. Including marketing articles, motivational tips, MMO, and ecom sales. Plus a few tidbits that will make you smile with each issue.
Word processor like Google Docs or Microsoft Word
A blogging platform - like Wordpress, Blogger, Medium, or your own site.
Me personally, I use Kajabi. Kajabi is an all-in-one platform that makes it easy to create online courses, launch marketing campaigns, build landing pages, and design the perfect website.
Content Samurai - This is my preferred video creator for these blogs and short articles.
Plus they have a 7 day trial to crank out some videos to get started.
YouTube - great first step in syndication
Buffer.com - This is what I use for scheduling social posts. There are dozens of similar tools that do social posting syndication
Syndwire - This is the grand-daddy of social posting syndication.
Missinglettr - Great software for making this post go evergreen with up to 1 year of easily scheduled posting.
